Job Title: INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Description
Our client is looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their well established site in Glasgow. You will be the key first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seek opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the bank. Applicants must have previous customer service experience, with the ability to work to targets and KPI's. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfill their needs and leave the customer happy to be a part of the banking process. This role will involve working 5 put of 7 days per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Excellent rates of pay. Eligible for performance related bonus after 12 weeks. This is an on-going role. The training will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm All applicants will be subject to strict vetting and referencing, a credit check and criminal record check will be carried out.
