Description

I have an exciting opportunity to join an award winning design, print and fulfilment company based in Melksham as a Client Services Account Manager.
Mon - Fri role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Brief work in to the Studio and ensure work is completed in line with deadlines.
*Internal approval of Proofs and promotional kits.
*Track deliveries on line, and provide PODís as required.
*Assist Client Services Director and Booker team with any other work required.
*Raise estimates and accurately book all work in with Production.
*Check the quality and accuracy of all work. Ensure ISO Quality procedures are followed and records maintained. Resolve and/or report any problems as appropriate. *Implement corrective and preventive actions and work toward continuous improvement of all operations.
*Manage customer service tickets in accordance with the service level agreement.
*Liaise/ progress chase with internal departments (Studio, Production etc) as required to ensure work is progressed and deadlines are met.

About you
*Good interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships.
*Experience within Print and Retail sectors preferable.
*Proven Account Management experience is essential.
*Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client and business needs.
*Confident approach with client and team.
*An aptitude for business development.
*Passion for quality.
*Good knowledge of social media platforms preferable.
