Description
Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work in their Mortgage Service team. After a customer agrees a mortgage, you’ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, ready to answer questions they might have before their mortgage is finalised. You’ll have all the training you need to do an excellent job, plus regular coaching and support to help you keep growing with the company. From first time buyers, to homeowners moving to a new deal, you’ll take pride in providing all sorts of people with world-class customer service. Answering their queries about payments, statements and more, you’ll have a role that matters. Successful applicants will need to be a supportive team player who always seeks to understand customers’ individual needs and interests, have excellent communication skills and be a good listener, confident using a computer, preparing paperwork and completing basic calculations. Crucially, you’re always keen to go the extra mile – from the help you offer customers and colleagues, to the effort you put into developing your product knowledge, skills and expertise. In return, your hard work will be rewarded with an excellent rate of pay. What’s more, you’ll enjoy all the support, further training and progression opportunities you need to build a brilliant career. Working 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am - 4pm. The hourly rate is £9.63. This is initially an ongoing rolling contract and we are looking for candidates who can give a long term commitment to the company. Successful applicants will undergo strict vetting including 3 years referencing, a credit check and a criminal record check.
