Do you have great customer service and administration skills?

My client based in Chippenham, is looking for a number of part time Customer Service Officers to join their team.
Shifts - either

16 hours a week
Monday 08:00-17:00 8hrs
Friday 08:00-17:00 8hrs

16 hours a week
Monday 08:00-17:00 8hrs
Tuesday 08:00-17:00 8hrs

21.5 hours a week
Monday 08:00-16:30 7.5 hrs
Thursday 08:00-16:00 7 hrs
Friday 08:00-16:00 7 hrs

Responsibilities
*To work as part of a team delivering tailored, right first time, first point of contact value for money services over different channels and using a range of communication methods.
*Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone, but also face to face whilst managing the reception service, in writing
*Use sound judgement and make decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries
*Provide a comprehensive information service to customers and the public advising on services available.
*Maintain electronic and written databases of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made to ensure accuracy of information, consistency and efficiency when dealing with customers.
*Encourage feedback on services provided, recognise and understand the changing needs of the service and actively represent the customer throughout the organisation ensuring continuous improvement by highlighting any unusual events or trends and feeding back information to the team and relevant service managers.
*Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues to ensure a one team approach to the delivery of customer services across the Group.
*Take responsibility for personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives, and have a good knowledge and understanding of team objectives and priorities and how the Customer Service Officer role contributes to achieving these goals.
*Provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and the adoption of good team principles.
*Participate in the induction and training of new Customer Service Officers and Apprentice’s to ensure a high level of up to date knowledge and consistency of service is maintained.

About you

*Great customer service skills both telephone and written
*Solid administration skills
*5 GCSE’s at C or above to include Maths and English or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent level
*Level 1 or 2 NVQ in Customer Service if you have it would be spot on!
