Part Time Customer Service Officer
This is a temporary role leading to a permanent position following a successful trial period
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £17550 pro rata
Working Days: Monday and Tuesday
Working hours: 08.00 - 17.00 (16 hours a week)

Our client a well established housing Management organisation based in Chippenham is looking for a part time Customer service professional to join their team.
So if you have great customer service and administration skills and a part time permanent role is complimentory to your life style this could be the role for you.
Duties will consist of but not exhaustive of:

* To work as part of a team delivering a tailored, right first time, first point of contact
* Assess and resolve inquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone
* Use sound judgement and make decisions within established procedures for each service request
* Provide a comprehensive information service to customers and the public advising on services available.
* Maintain electronic and written databases
* Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues
* Take responsibility for personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives
* Provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team

Ideal personal attributes:
* Great customer service skills both telephone and written
* Solid administration skills
* 5 GCSE’s at C or above to include Maths and English
* Level 1 or 2 NVQ in Customer Service if you have it would be ideal
