Our Westbury based client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their small and friendly team. Our client can be flexible with the hours the successful candidate works, so this could suit those that can only work between the hours of 9am - 3pm. Experience is necessary although ongoing training will be provided. Candidates that display the right behaviours and attitudes have the potential to be considered for any future permanent opportunities with our client.

Pay & Hours:

  • Hours: Ideally 08:00 - 17:00, although applicants that can only work 30 hours per week (09:00 - 15:00) will still be considered
  • Pay: £11


  • Answering phones & responding to e-mails
  • Use of Microsoft packages such as Excel & Outlook
  • Inputting information in to bespoke systems and assisting with transport scheduling
  • General Administration duties such as filing of items
