We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work for our established Chippenham based client. The ideal candidate will have plenty of relevant experience, be able to get to Chippenham for work and be looking for a permanent role allowing them to further their career within Administration.


Sending correspondence via email and post, scanning documents, preparing sales packs, diary management, liaising with the sales team, understanding and manipulating figures. Strong literacy skills are essential.

Computer Skills;

A good understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, creating and editing spreadsheets, using an access database, outlook. Experience using search engines is essential.

Telephone Skills;

An excellent telephone manner is essential in order to answer incoming calls, speak to clients and speak to local councils.

Essential Personal Skills Include;

Excellent attention to detail, confidence to work independently, a hardworking and conscientious attitude, resilience and the ability to work well as part of a team.

This position will involve various different duties and responsibilities. Therefore the successful candidate will be versatile and flexible in their approach. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must have.

An efficient approach to tasks and good problem solving skills are also valuable assets.

Hours of Work;

08 30 to 17 00, Monday to Friday


£20,000 to £23,000 depending on experience
