Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Goole on a temp to perm basis.

Our client supplies their products all around Europe and work with retailers such as Amazon, eBay, and Argos. Due to the continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for the site based near Goole.

Roles and Responsibilities

Working as part of the Operations Team, the Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing customer service and solutions to the end product user and key customers regarding any issues regarding their purchase.

  • Take enquiries from customers via telephone, email, and web chat to offer advice and support with their purchase
  • Help customers with parts requests for both in warranty and out of warranty queries •
  • Book couriers and update CRM with tracking information
  • Arrange collection and returns as required for faulty products under warranty
  • Communicate with couriers to arrange collections, chase deliveries, request POD’s
  • Assist other members of the team with order processing, tracking when required during busy periods
  • Ensure all customer contacts and enquiries are logged in the CRM system
  • Ensure clear communication with the spare parts department with thorough use of the CRM system
  • Process, update and monitor key account platforms
  • Feedback resolution with clear information logged in the CRM system
  • Work to deadlines set by the Office Manager

Essential Attributes

  • Possess English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
  • Proficient in Sage 200, Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Numerate and understand the needs of the business and have the ability to pass on accurate data to management team
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated, must be able to work on own initiative. Proactively seeks to support Manager and team on day-to-day issues
  • Willingness to learn and gain an understanding of the fitness & sports market
  • Experience in customer service dealing with the end user of a product i.e., Business to Consumer

Desirable Attributes

  • Knowledge of a CRM system
  • Commitment to improve your own administration skills on an ongoing basis
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the company
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in sales admin role
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

Hours

  • 5 days a week
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am till 4:30pm

Pay

  • £10.50 per hour
