We are looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisers for our client based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, high profile company in the mortgage department of a large banking group.
This opportunity would suit a candidate with a keen interest in finance, someone with a passion for customer service, someone progressing within mortgages or looking to gain a CeMAP qualification. Whilst the role is initially a 6 month temporary contract it has genuine opportunities for progression, longevity and could even lead to a permanent vacancy within 12 months.
The expected start date will be April 2019.
You will be the first, and often only, point of contact for customers calling regarding a wide range of queries relating to existing and new mortgages. Providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Proactively seeking opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the business.
Applicants must have previous customer service experience, either face to face or telephony based, with the ability to work to targets. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfill their needs and leave the customer feeling happy.
Working an average of 35 hours per week, the hours of work will be between 08.00 and 20.00, some Saturday work will be required.
The hourly pay rate is £9.63, paid weekly. Once you have been in the role for 12 weeks you will be eligible for performance related yearly bonus.
