Stockbroking Dealing Assistant
Assistants that join the company will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £10.00 per hour.

Initially you will be entitled to 28 days holiday per year pro rata, rising to 30 days holiday after you’ve been in the role for 12 weeks.
Full training provided, both class- room based and on the job support.

While the role is initially a 6 month temporary contract it has the potential to continue, be extended or even lead to a permanent position subject to performance.
Excellent Customer service skills
Applicants must demonstrate a keen desire to learn and have a hunger for success.
The ability to work with skill, care and diligence and treat customer information sensitively and responsibly
Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to keep a focus on customer outcomes.
You don’t need previous experience of stockbroking finance or banking however some knowledge and experience in a telephone based role is a plus.
Minimum of a Grade C in Maths and English
Applicants will be subject to strict vetting, including 3 years of referencing, a credit check and criminal record check.

Hours of work:
6 Week rotational shift pattern
35 hours per week
Operating hours between 0800- 2100
Monday - Friday with one evening (until 9.00 pm) and one Saturday (until 12:30 pm) in each 6 week period
