Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Representatives for our client based in Alfreton.

We are looking for a number of Customer Service Representatives to provide a high level of customer service to customers over the telephone and email. This is one of the busiest times of the year for our client and you will be ensuring all customers have the best possible experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with a high volume of calls and emails in line with company standards
Handling and resolving complaints.
Processing orders
General administration duties

Experience Required:

Relevant customer service experience within a call centre
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong team player
Attention to detail.
High level of accuracy
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work under pressure.

This is a temporary role until the end of April.

Pay:

The pay rate for this role is £8.72 per hour.

Hours:

37.5 per week

Working on a rota of 8.30am – 4.30pm and 10am – 6pm

Applicants will be expected to work some Saturdays (8.30am – 4.30pm), if you work a Saturday then you will get a day off in the week.

Additional Benefits & Requirements

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
