Bailey Employment Services are urgently seeking 2 candidates for Fixed Term cover as Full Time Customer Service Officers, for a highly reputable company based in Chippenham.
There is a potential for this vacancy to become permanent for the successful candidates.
Duties and requirements include (but not restricted to;)
- Offer first point of contact over different channels, including via the telephone and also face to face.
- Assess and resolve queries, requests and complaints. May require issues to be elevated to a more senior member of staff in specialist cases.
- Using sound judgement and decision making to log, process and progress enquiries.
- Provide comprehensive information services to customers and public
- Maintain both electronic and written databases of both information received and given, ensuring accuracy of information
Hours and pay
- Vacancy A – 37 hours (covering a Fixed Term vacancy up to 30/06/19)
- Vacancy B – 37 hours (covering a Fixed Term vacancy up to 31/05/19)
