Our client is based in Goole and makes regular weekly deliveries to Ireland. Work starts on Thursday afternoon, taking the loaded vehicle from Goole to Ireland via Liverpool. Overnight ferry journeys are required both ways. Delivery is made on Friday and then return by ferry via Liverpool again. On arrival on mainland UK on Saturday morning, drive back to Goole, reload the trailer for Monday morning and park up. On some occasions the run may start on Friday afternoon and finish on Sunday morning. The ferry travel cost is paid by the client but this does not include meals or drinks.
This work is paid on a “per trip” basis as follows :
For Thursday to Saturday £ 220.00 per trip
For Friday to Sunday £ 252.00 per trip.
The work is very easy, very little physical effort required.
Reliable drivers are required for this work to avoid repetitive training.
