Transport Administrator

We are currently recruiting for the role of Transport Clerk who will join a team working within a large transport and logistics company based in Goole. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, have previous experience within the transport industry in a similar role with strong admin skills.

The responsibilities of a successful candidate will include:

  • First point of contact for drivers
  • Keeping customers updated
  • General office duties
  • Answering and responding to all calls
  • Handling customer queries
  • Assist with effective transport planning
  • Briefing and debriefing drivers
  • Monitor and chasing documentation to support the transport operation

Hours of work - 22:00 - 06:00
