Description
Due to company growth Bailey Recruitment services are looking to add a Trainee Permanent placement recruitment consultant to our existing successful team, We are looking for a 360 (business development, account management and candidate resourcing) recruitment consultant to recruit personnel within the commercial, manufacturing and distribution sector.
The duties of the role: -
Provide high quality professional recruitment services to match the needs of your clients and candidates
Phone and email sales role contacting clients to identify recruitment needs,
Using a variety of sources to identify candidates within your core market,
Conduct candidate telephone interviews,
Lead generation to create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market, Identify and qualify these opportunities,
Business development sourcing, contacting companies who are hiring professionals. speaking with companies to establish relationships, agree terms and supply permanent staff,
Conduct face to face meetings with both existing and potential customers,
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
Previous sales experience potentially within a call centre environment,
Experience in an outbound, phone-based sales environment,
Customer focused - providing excellence in customer care,
Have excellent client relationship building skills,
Strong business development skills,
Able to commit to 40+ hours per week,
Whilst working with Bailey employment services you will be provided with the following:
Market leading Recruitment 12 week training programme delivered through our parent company The SWS Group,
Full training within client meetings and charge rate negotiation,
Day to day support from an experience Permanent recruitment colleague,
Access to CV Search facilities and online job boards,
Full back-office support, including invoices, credit control etc,

The vacancy offers
A basic package of between 17,000 and 19,000 per annum dependent upon experience,
Uncapped monthly paid commission structure,
Pension Scheme,

Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after 2 years employment and inclusive of statutory holidays,
