Description
Our client is looking for a Client Service Advisor for their office based in Birmingham. Job Purpose To provide subject matter expertise to SME clients and their Relationship Managers regarding their complex e-Banking on-boarding and implementation requirements. Core Responsibilities To fully understand the Clients e-Banking on-boarding requirements and arrange implementation from beginning to end as efficiently as possible on a right first time basis whilst eliminating potential risks for both the client and the Bank. Provide detailed, timely and up to date information to key stakeholders. Act as a point of contact and respond to a range of enquiries including resolving issues or referring as appropriate. Enter and extract specified data onto a central online database in order to ensure it is up to date and easily accessible for Relationship Managers and stakeholders Escalate any problems/issues identified at the earliest opportunity to ensure their swift resolution. Act as a contact point for Relationship Managers in order to ensure all information is processed and tracked. Adapt to central and local change initiatives and identify improvements to processes and procedures in order to achieve continuous development. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines Key Capabilities Communication and Impact Customer Excellence Delivering Results Planning & Organising Training will be given however applicants must have experience in a similar role. Successful applicants will undergo strict vetting including a minimum of 3 year’s vetting, criminal record check and credit check
