Job Title: LATE SHIFT INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Description
We are looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, high profile company.

You will be the first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seeking opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the business.

Applicants must have previous customer service experience, either face to face or telephony based, with the ability to work to targets and KPI's. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfill their needs and leaving the customer happy.

This is a late shift working 35 hours between 12pm and 10pm, 5 out of 7 days a week, the shift patter will include some weekends.

The hourly pay rate is 9.63, paid weekly. Once you have been in the role for 12 weeks you will be eligible for performance related half yearly bonus.
