A great opportunity to join a leading company based in Marlborough as an Admin Assistant!

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Holiday: Bank Holidays plus 20 days

Pension scheme



The Role

*Entering sales orders and sending order acknowledgements

*Generating reports to determine stock requirements

*Raising purchase orders with a variety of suppliers

*Stock Control

*Liaising with staff, both admin and production, to monitor flow of orders

*Liaising with customers (including distributors based in Europe)



About you

*Excellent attention to detail

*Good communication skills

*Must be able to work as part of a team, but should equally feel competent and have the initiative to make decisions and work independently where necessary.



Qualifications/Experience

*Graduate preferred (no subject preference)

*Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are essential



The following skills would be an advantage, but are not essential as full training will be given on all systems:



*Experience of working in a sales environment

Knowledge of Sage accounts (or similar accounts package)

*Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013

*A foreign language (in particular German and/or French)
